When will I get my product?

Due to COVID and USPS, packages and snail mail delivery is unpredictable at this time. Any orders of cards will come with tracking. Stickers will not come with tracking unless requested. In addition, please allow up to 1-5 business days to process. All orders are made in-house or made to order. Any loss mail or mail that has not been delivered. Please contact me. For digital goods, you will get a confirmation and a link sent to you after payment has been made.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges. However, for special cases please reach out to me and I will try my best to remedy the issue. If your mail was lost during transportation, please contact me.

How do I make changes to an order I already placed?

If you need to make a change on an order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order.

I received a defective order. What's up with that?

Sorry in advance, please contact me if your order is defective and it will be replaced right away. Please ensure you include a photo and the order number.

I am missing an order. What do I do?

Again, sorry in advanced. All orders come with a reciept. Please contact me with your order number, a photo of your receipt, and the product(s). Your missing item will be sent out within 2-3 business days.
